Support for Your Web Site

Unlimited free support is provided for as long as you are a site client.  If you are having any problem with the operation of your site, or have questions or suggestions, please follow the process below.

Support Process

Step 1 - Visit the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Please visit the FAQ page on your web site, which is accessed by means of the "FAQ" menu item on the left of the window.  This facility is primarily intended for answering procedural questions of a general nature, and it is intended to be informative for both you and your clients.  You may find the answer to your question there.

If not, you (and your clients) may use the available link on that page to submit a question.  As we receive procedural questions which we perceive to be of a general nature, we will add them (with their solutions) to the list and they will be accessible to all users of our system.

We will provide a prompt answer to you (or whoever submitted the question) via the provided email address whether or not we add the question to the list.

Step 2 - Submit Support Ticket via our On-Line Support System

If you have a situation where you feel that your site is not operating as expected, or you have a question which is specific to your situation, you may submit your question or problem via our On-Line Support System.  This service is provided on this site via the link below.  Please be very descriptive regarding your problem and be sure to include your email address, as we may need to get further information from you and that will be our means of answering your concern.

Once you have submitted the problem or question to us, it may take up to 72 hours for us to respond;  however, we make every effort to respond within 24 hours.  We will reply via email and may post your question/problem/solution to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Page.

Track the Status of your Support Ticket

You may check the status of your submitted support ticket by entering your email address in the space below and selecting the "Retrieve Support Tickets" Button.  Tickets that are completed (status is Closed) will still be maintained for six months after the closing date.
