Client Capabilities on Your Site
Basic Search	Clients have the capability to perform simple searches on your listings without the necessity to log in or register. This allows a client to find a suitable property and decide to contact you without the need for an up front exposure of their identity, thus increasing the traffic on your site.
Client Registration and Login	Clients will have the capability to register on your site and create an advanced search criteria record.
Advanced Search	Clients have the capability to save a set of search criteria which will be matched against all new listings. They also can apply these search parameters against all current listings.
Just Listed Emails	When you add a new listing to your site, any registered user whose saved search criteria matches the listing will automatically receive an email notifying them of the new listing and providing a direct link to the property information.
Unlimited Leads	Your site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, worldwide. This, along with your web site being on the top search engines, will provide you the capability to generate an unlimited number of leads.
Administration of Your Site
Web Based Administration	You will have the capability to log in and administer your site. For example, add, change, or delete listings, set featured listings, and administer any agents who work for you and are using your site.
Hosting and Maintenance	We host and maintain your site. No need to work with a third party hosting company.
Dynamic Listings	Add as many listings to your site as you wish. Modify your listings as often as you need to.
Featured Listings	Select one or more of your listings to be a featured listing on your home page. Change these as often as you like.

FAQ Page	Your site will have a "Frequently Asked Questions" page so that visitors to your site can ask questions regarding the usage of your site. We will maintain this page for you.

Your Current Listings	If you would appreciate some help loading your current listings into the web site, we can provide that service for you. The cost will depend in part on how your listings are currently recorded, but, in general, will consist of only a nominal fee per listing.
