Set Up Fee: $50 Monthly Subscription Fee: $50

Ordering:

To start your service, you must first register by clicking the "Register" button (above right), or, if you are already registered, please log in by clicking the "Login" button (also at the above right). After you are registered and logged in, there will be a "Pay" button visible in the same area of the screen. Please click that button to pay your initial setup fee and first months subscription.
